Garlic soup
Instructions
Peel the garlic and put it into pot with 100 cl of water, bay leaf, a pinch of salt and peppercorns 2.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Cut the bread into cubes and FRY in butter and put it in a soup-tureen.
Work in the egg yolks with cream 20 g of butter and a little salt and pour in the soup-tureen.
Pass through a sieve and pour hot soup into the tureen.
Mix well and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
