Useful to accompany raw vegetables or boiled potatoes.

- 100 g of natural semi-skimmed yoghurt
- 100 g of blanc battu (lean fresh cheese curd)
- 1 clove of pressed garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
