Instructions

Wash and dry the courgettes.

Check the ends.

Cut into slices not too thin lengthwise, place on hot grill and lively focus arrostitele from both sides.

Arrange in layers in a rather deep serving dish.

Season each layer with thin slices of garlic, parsley, basil, salt, pepper and oil.

Let them add to cool for about an hour before serving.
