Roasted with olives
Instructions
Place the silverside in infusion with oil, lemon, salt and pepper for a whole night.
Then make holes in the meat and put in the stoned olives and ham.
Place in a pan with oil, butter, chopped onion, smells, the juice of 2 lemons, salt and pepper and simmer for 3 hours.
