Cooked vegetables in fozelèk
Instructions
Boil 800 g of mixed vegetables and drain.
FRY in a tablespoon of lard 1 onion and 1 minced garlic clove, toss with salt and paprika.
Combine 1 tablespoon of flour and stir.
Add a cup of the cooking water of vegetables.
Add the vegetables to the sauce and let it thicken it all sweet flame.
At the end season with a spoon of vinegar, one of sugar and 1/2 cup of cream.
Heat the cream stirring and serve immediately.
You can substitute vegetables with mixed vegetables.
