Cooked vegetable salad and tuna
Instructions
Put the vegetables in the salad bowl with raw celery cut in small strips, capers, chopped parsley and chopped tuna.
Seasoned well with a lemon vinaigrette.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 4 boiled sliced carrots
- 4 boiled sliced zucchini
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, cooked and sliced
- 400 g of boiled beans
- 2 stalks of celery
- Some of black olives
- 2 hard-boiled eggs cut into wedges
- 250 g of tuna
