Instructions
After having boiled in plenty of hot water the vegetables, sliced potatoes, carrots and courgettes.
Put them in a bowl with beans and seasoned with olive oil-extra virgin.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 cooked potatoes
- 4 cooked zucchini
- 4 cooked carrots
- 400 g of boiled beans
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
