Instructions

Remove toughest leaves and thorns with artichokes, cut them into thin slices.

In a saucepan melt the butter, put the artichokes, add salt and pepper lightly, bathed with a little water and Cook, covered, for a quarter of an hour.

Shelled an egg at a time on a saucer and slide it into the bowl.

Scrambled eggs mixing them with artichokes and remove from heat as soon as the mixture begins to stiffen.

Served hot.
