Boiled eggs with shrimps
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, put them under cold water, Peel, cut them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks, collect them in a bowl, mash with the prongs of a fork, add the softened butter, anchovy paste and mix.
Fill the egg with half the mixture and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
Boil shrimp, sgusciateli and put them on half-eggs.
