Soft-boiled eggs with vegetables
Instructions
Peel vegetables and cut them into cubes.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the vegetables and let them just Brown, then wet them with a bit of broth and cook 5 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, add chopped parsley and extinguish the fire.
Shell the egg and top with a small knife remove the egg white cap.
Salt and pepper the yolk.
Pour over vegetables and serve accompanied with toasted sliced bread sticks.
