Trout with orange
Instructions
Rub with coarse salt or bran trout skin to remove the viscosity.
Scoop out, wash them and dry them.
Rub with garlic in a baking dish and place the trout.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake, covered, in boiling water for about 20 minutes.
Peel an orange and cut to peel filini.
