Stuffed trout
Instructions
Mix 400 g of chopped walnuts, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 cup of cream, 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce, salt and pepper to taste: with this compound fill half of 4 trout, washed and cleaned.
Spend 5 minutes grilling trout per side.
Spread on one side of each fish the remainder of mixture and return to grill until browned crust formed.
Serve hot with lots of trout parsley at the moment.
