Toxtli en barbacoa
Instructions
Dilute hot peppers in vinegar, then add the garlic and mash it all together.
Spread internally the rabbit with the mixture, put in a pan greased with butter and bake at 180-200 degrees.
After about 40 minutes remove from oven.
Serve with lettuce and radishes.

- 1 rabbit
- 3 green chillies
- 1 head of garlic
- Some leaves of lettuce salad
- 6 radishes
- 50 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
