Instructions
Braise for 20 minutes the sliced onion with 30 g of butter, then puréed with milk.
Heat the sauce on fresh fire by joining a handful of parmesan and one of emmenthal.
With the prepared sauce seasoning cooked tortellini al dente and already mixed with a large knob of butter.
