Instructions
Let braise for 20 minutes the sliced onion with butter, puréed with milk and heat the sauce over low heat combine the parmesan and gruyere.
Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water, toss with a knob of butter and the prepared sauce and serve.

- 400 g of type tortellini pasta
- 1 onion
- 30 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 handful of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 handful of grated emmenthal cheese
- Salt
