Green bean cake
Instructions
Defrost the puff pastry.
Clean and boil al dente beans.
Drain, cut into small pieces and fry them in a pan with the butter and garlic.
Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of a few millimeters, foderatevi a buttered.
Beat the eggs with the cream, milk, salt and pepper.
Spread the beans on the pasta, cover them with the mixture of eggs and milk, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 1000 g of green beans
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 glass of milk
- 4 eggs
- Flour
- Grated parmesan cheese
