Green bean pie
Instructions
Boil the beans for 10 minutes and mash.
Mix 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and milk 1.
Saute onion, carrot and chopped celery in oil and butter, Cook the beans for 2 minutes, then add parsley, chopped garlic and mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes.
Combine beaten eggs with the mixture of breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Transfer to a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and butter and bake for 30 minutes.
