Artichoke cake (4)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, remove the outer leaves and cut them into thin slices.
Saute garlic in a little oil, add the artichokes, add salt pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, add the ricotta and Parmesan.
Spread in a baking dish and baked the pastry, pour half of the mixture of ricotta, artichokes, the remaining mixture.
Bake at 180 degrees already warm for 30 minutes.

- Disc 1 of puff pastry ready
- 400 g of ricotta
- 4 artichokes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 eggs
