Instructions
Work the flour with a pinch of salt and just enough water to obtain a dough elastic.
Blanch in salted boiling water with lemon, artichokes, cut into slices and cook for 20 minutes in the pan with the tomatoes.
Beat eggs with milk and cheese.
Roll out the dough into a greased baking, cover it with artichokes, beaten eggs and a little olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 120 g of flour
- 400 g of artichokes
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- 20 g of grated gruyere cheese
- 5 cl of milk
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Salt
- Lemon juice
