Asparagus Pie (Torta di Asparagi)
Instructions
Boil the asparagus, drain them and arrange them in a buttered baking dish with the chopped cheese.
Beat the eggs with the mascarpone, parmesan, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the asparagus.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.

- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 3 eggs

- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
