Instructions
Mix butter and flour, then crumble the mixture between your hands, place a fountain on a pastry Board, pour in water, a pinch of salt and mix everything.
Give it the shape of a ball and let it rest for half an hour.
Clean and boil the asparagus.
Just begin to become tender, drain, Pat dry, cut them into small pieces and season with a little butter.
