Prepare chopped parsley, anchovies, garlic.
To dry the chives in a little oil.
Join the Jerusalem artichokes cut into thin slices and let them go to high heat for a few minutes, irrorarli wine, let it evaporate and add the broth.
Add salt.
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Transfer the Jerusalem artichoke on a service plate and sprinkle with cornflakes and butter with chopped aromatic.
Add ground pepper.
