Tuna with fresh chives
Instructions
The piece of tuna should have pretty regular shape.

Meanwhile, at the end of cooking add the chopped chive, let become pearly, wilting; Add the tomato pulp is passed through a sieve, take some and turned a few minutes of cooking to bond again, put in tuna, cooked dishes.
At this point a good chunk of drained tuna, slice it into hot service plate, cover with the sauce, and serve.
