Anchovy tuna
Instructions
Let marinate for an hour tuna fillets in salt, pepper and oil.
Toss them on the grill or cook in the steam.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce emulsifying mixer all ingredients listed.
Pour a tablespoon of sauce on each fillet freshly cooked and serve immediately, with another tablespoon of salsa alongside.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 fillets fresh tuna
- 3 cl of olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- For the sauce:
- 60 g of anchovies in olive oil
- 10 chopped black olives
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 6 cl of dry white wine
- 30 g of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 10 capers
- Salt
- Black pepper
