Tuna celery
Instructions
Cut into pieces a stick of celery.
Scalded tomatoes, Peel, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
Then heat in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil and a knob of butter, tuna saucepan divided into pieces.
Add the tomatoes, some basil leaves, a little chopped chilli, celery.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for half an hour at moderate heat.

- 50 g of black olives
- 4 tomatoes
- Some leaves of basil
- 1 costa of celery
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- Hot pepper
- Salt
