Tiella of scamorza and endive
Instructions
Brown in oil crushed garlic and chili; remove them and combine the Endive into pieces; Let dry and salt work the dough for 5 minutes with greasy hands of oil; spread it in a greased Cake Pan and fill with Escarole, diced cheese, olives, capers.
Finish with salt, pepper and a little olive oil.
Cover with another puff and bake at 250 g for 25 minutes.
