Bowl of lettuce
Instructions
Peel and wash the lettuce, then, with the larger leaves lined the bottom and walls of a bowl.
Keep aside some of the remaining leaves and cut the rest into strips.
Peel the leek and slice it very thinly.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the bacon and let it Brown for about a minute.
Add prepared vegetables and then let them cook on moderate fire until they hold.
Add salt and drain excess water.
Dilute the starch in a bowl with milk, then add the eggs, the Parmesan cheese, vegetables, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, cover with the leaves kept aside and bake at 180 degrees already warm for 45-50 minutes.
Important: drain vegetables thoroughly, otherwise it will issue the water during cooking, making it soggy the Terrine.
