Turkey pocket with figs, raisins and prunes
Instructions
We get the Pocket from the Turkey Breast.
Stuff the pocket with the ingredients mixed well, wrap it in wax paper and tie well.
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees as a normal roast that steaming with white wine and broth, for at least 1 hour.
To Cook, heat to rest for 15 minutes, slice and serve with broth thickened with a little flour and baked potato or mashed potato.

- 1/2 turkey breast
- 500 g of veal mince
- 100 g of bacon
- 1 egg
- 4 dried figs
- 4 prunes
- Sultanas
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Wine
