Turkey pepperoni rolls in the microwave
Instructions
Wash the basil leaves and dry them.
Peel, wash and dry peppers.
Remove the seeds and cut into strips about 1 cm.
Place in a baking dish, add 2 tablespoons of water and pass through for 1 ' in the microwave at full power.
Check the beans, wash and recombine them into a bowl, wet your hair with 10 cl of water, cover and cook for 4 minutes at maximum power.
Meanwhile, on a wooden plank, flatten Turkey slices with meat tenderizer.
Cover each with 1 slice of ham and complete with strips of pepper, 1 bunch of green beans and Basil leaf.
Add salt and pepper and wrap a roulade with a bit of thread for roasts.
Peel the onion, finely chop finely and put it in a baking dish with oil and diced bacon.
Cook for 2 minutes at full power, then place the rolls on sauce, pour the hot broth, cover and cook for 8 minutes at maximum power.
Let stand 3 minutes in the oven before serving.

- 8 slices turkey breast
- 8 slices cooked ham
- 2 sweet yellow peppers
- 50 g of bacon (sliced from 50 g)
- 300 g of green beans
- 1 onion
- 8 leaves basil
- 10 cl of broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
