Pasta with Zucchini (Tagliolini Alle Zucchine)
Instructions
Cut into julienne Zucchini.
Flavour the olive paste with 30 g of butter, 2 tablespoons oil and garlic, then add the zucchini and cook for 8 minutes.
Boil the noodles, drain and toss with a knob of butter, a generous handful of Parmesan, Zucchini and chopped parsley.

- 400 g of type pasta tagliolini with eggs
- 2 zucchini
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Butter
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of green olive paste
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
