Scented tagliatelle with prawns
Instructions
In a skillet saute the garlic with oil and Bay leaves, add the prawns and blow them up for 1 minute.
Wet with wine, let it evaporate just, sprinkle with pepper and remove from heat.
Cook the noodles until al dente, then drain and place in a bowl and coat with the pesto.
Add the shrimp with their cooking, garlic and Bay leaves, stir well and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta tagliatelle all'uovo
- 140 g of pesto
- 200 g of peeled prawns
- Olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 cl of white wine
- Laurel
- Salt
- Pepper
