Scented tagliolini
Instructions
Stir all herbs with two tablespoons of olive oil and seasoning until it cooks pasta and prepare the gravy.
Wash and check the zucchini and cut into fillets.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil with the garlic, as soon as the latter will be crushing and Golden levatelo.
Throw in zucchini relish and let them jump over high heat, must be soft but crispy, add salt and remove from heat.
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Boil the pasta and dress with herbs, Zucchini, cheese and ground pepper.

- 320 g of type pasta noodles
- 3 zucchini

- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 150 g of smoked mozzarella (or scamorza)
- 1 clove of garlic
