Curry Noodles (Tagliatelle al Curry)
Instructions
Wilt in 50 g of butter sliced onions to veil.
Sprinkle with the marsala, season with the nut and cook for 10 minutes.
Before removing from heat add the curry and 20 g of butter.
Drain the pasta al dente, drizzle with sauce and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta tagliatelle all'uovo
- 2 onions
- Butter
- 1/2 cup of marsala wine
- 1/2 nut
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- Salt
