Reindeer stew
Instructions
Cut to 150 g of bacon cubes and let it melt sweet flame in a pan.
Pour over 1000 g of reindeer meat, frozen, cut into small pieces, cover and cook for 20-30 minutes to lively flame.
Combine 1 cup of warm water, salt, pepper and 2 sliced onions, cover and let simmer gently until the flame meat will be very tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes and sliced onions fried in butter.
