Strozzapreti with mullets
Instructions
Gently sauté the garlic with a bit of chili in oil.
Add the crushed tomatoes; Add salt to taste and add the fillets of red mullet, letting it cook for few minutes.
Boil in salted water the strozzapreti, drain and toss with the sauce of triglla.
Finish with chopped parsley.

- 450 g of type pasta fresh strozzapreti
- 500 g of mullet
- 400 g of sammarzano peeled tomatoes
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Dry white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Hot pepper
