Sturgeon with balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Chop onion, garlic and celery.
Put half in a bowl, lay the fish on top, sprinkle with the remaining chopped, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle a few drops of balsamic vinegar and a little wine.
Marinate for about 2 hours.
In a pan melt the anchovies in a little oil water and de-boned, add half a clove of garlic and a little chopped parsley saucepan, the trance and, by both sides.
Accompanying wines: Lugana DOC, Montecarlo Bianco DOC, Gravina DOC.

- 4 trance of sturgeon
- 4 salted anchovies
- A few drops of balsamic vinegar
- White wine
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- Parsley
- 1 1/2 clove of garlic
- Little of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
