Season the pieces of stockfish outside; place in a pot rack for steaming on whose bottom was poured the wine with peppercorns.
Bake for 15 minutes well covered from the moment bubbles.
Arrange on plates and drizzle with garlic flakes, chopped parsley and raw oil.
