Instructions

Cut the fish into pieces to fit right and shelled scampi.

Put all marinate in olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

Alternate on skewers with chunks of fish, shrimp and other ingredients.

Grease with marinade and cook on moderate heat for about 10 minutes.
