Skewered shrimp, cuttlefish and polenta
Instructions
Clean and wash the cuttlefish, remove the beak and eyes and spellatele.
Let them drain well and dry them with kitchen paper.
Wash and dry, shelled prawns.
Cut the slices into cubes of polenta.
Wash and chop the parsley.
Prepare four skewers by placing on each toothpick 2 shrimp, 2 2 pieces of cuttlefish and polenta.
Brush the kebabs with oil and Sprinkle chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Heat a grill or a Grill Pan, ask yourself over the skewers and Cook 10 minutes on each side.
Serve with a lemon wedge.

- 8 king prawns
- 8 cuttlefish
- 2 slices of precooked polenta
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
