Chicken stew with olives
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces.
In a pan heat oil, butter, the garlic and the meat into saucepan fire quite lively.
When he took colour add salt and pepper, add the tomatoes peeled and coarsely chopped, pitted black olives.
Cover and simmer over low heat for about half an hour.
Place on warm serving dish, sprinkle with a sprig of parsley and chopped Basil.
