Spaghetti marinari
Instructions
Scrape and wash the mussels then have them open in a covered pan.
Remove clams from shells.
Chop garlic, parsley, lemon zest and sauté in olive oil.
Add mussels and tuna and cook for 5 minutes.
Deglaze with the wine and let it evaporate.
Turn off the heat.
Beat the egg yolks with a little milk, salt and pepper.
Boil the spaghetti, pour into pan with mussels and tuna, get them seasoning.
Combine the eggs, stir, serve.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1000 g of mussels
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 150 g of tinned tuna in brine
- 1/2 lemon
- White wine
- Milk
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
