Spaghetti with lentils
Instructions
Rinse the lentils and boil for 20 minutes.
Wash away the Catalonia, wash, shake dry and cut it into small pieces.
Sear for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
Brown the sliced onion in 4 tablespoons of olive oil, add the lentils and Catalonia and let stand for a few minutes.
UN-shell nuts and chop the walnuts, add them to the sauce and season with salt.
Boil the spaghetti, drain and toss with the sauce.

- 300 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 100 g of red lentils
- 1 head of catalonia salad
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 g of nuts
- Salt
