Spaghetti with lobster
Instructions
Divide with a shears the lobsters into two halves and put them in a very large saucepan.
Add the juice of 1/2 lemon, oil, salt, parsley, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes, turning the lobsters first one side and then the other.
Add the tomato and cream, leaving season.
Cook spaghetti al dente and have them jump in the same pan from which you first removed the lobsters.
Place the spaghetti in a serving dish and garnish with the lobsters.

- 2 lobsters
- 100 G = = Cream
- 100 g of tomato sauce
- 500 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 60 g of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1/2 lemon
