Spaghetti with zucchini
Instructions
In a mixture of butter, Brown the onion and Zucchini; add chopped parsley, Sage and Rosemary and the nut.
Bake for 15 minutes, then season with salt, then add the cream and, out of the fire, the yolk.
With the prepared sauce seasoning spaghetti alla chitarra.

- 2 zucchinis cut into cubes
- Butter
- 1 chopped onion
- Parsley
- Sage
- Rosemary
- 1/2 nut
- Salt
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti alla chitarra
