Spaghetti alle vongole (2)
Instructions
Put in pot 4 hours of olive oil, onion, garlic and finely chopped parsley.
To taste, then add the drained clams, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti al dente, drain and toss with the sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1/2 onion
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 jar of clams in brine (130 g)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
