Spaghetti with coffee
Instructions
Saute carrot, celery and chopped shallot in butter.
Combine the chopped ham and let stand for 15 minutes, pour the wine and let evaporate.
Add salt, pepper and add the coffee.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Cook spaghetti al dente and toss with the parmesan and coffee sauce.
Stir and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 200 g of ham
- 1 carrot
- 1 shallot
- 60 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of red wine
- 1/2 shot of long coffee
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 costa of celery
