Sopa de lentejas
Instructions
Put lentils in a terracotta casserole, then add the water, tomatoes, bacon, onion, carrot, parsley, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper and a pinch of oregano.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and let simmer for 180 minutes or until lentils and vegetables are tender.
Serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of lentils
- 8 cups of water
- 450 g of peeled tomatoes
- 40 g of pork belly rillette
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped carrot
- 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch of oregano
