Instructions
Eviscerated the soles and remove their black skin.
Made some engravings on the back, soffregatele with a little salt and a little pepper mixed, season with oil spilled.
Place on hot grill and cook in oven grill, moderate focus, 7-8 minutes per side.
During cooking, brush the fish with a little oil.
Place on serving dish and serve with lemon wedges.
