Melt a little butter in a frying pan and spennellarvi, sole fillets, salt and pepper and place on the hot grill, cook them for 6-7 minutes, turning them until they a couple of times.
Melt more butter, season with 1 pinch of salt, profumarlo with lemon juice, chopped parsley and pour over sole already placed into the pot.
