Put a pan on the stove, melt the butter, add the Sage leaves and saute.
Join the soles clean and wash.
Saute the soles on one side for 2 minutes, turning gracefully so as not to break them, season with salt and saute 2 more minutes on the other side.
Can be accompanied with carrot salad dressed with oil and lemon or boiled Zucchini.
